2. Purpose

The website offers online sales of personalised temporary tattoos, made from images, texts or designs provided by the customer.

3. Purchase process

  1. The customer selects the product and uploads the desired design.

  2. Reviews the order details (quantity, size, price).

  3. Completes their personal and shipping information.

  4. Makes the payment using the methods available on the website.

Once payment is confirmed, the order goes into production.

4. Custom products

Due to the naturecustomisedof the products:

  • The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the design, text, colours, and spelling before confirming the order.

  • No changes or cancellations are accepted once the production process has started.

  • Final colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in device calibration and the inherent nature of production (cosmetic inks that do not correspond to pure CMYK).

5. Copyright and customer content

The customer declares that:

  • They hold the necessary rights to the images, logos, texts, or designs submitted.

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, image rights, etc.).

  • The content is not illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to the law.

TATTOOTATU is not responsible for claims arising from the use of material provided by the customer and reserves the right to reject designs that may be offensive or unlawful.

6. Prices and payments

  • All prices are shown in EURO (€). Due to the professional nature of the site, applicable taxes are not displayed until the final step of the purchasing process.

  • The available payment methods are indicated on the website.

  • The order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received correctly.

7. Shipping

  • Production and shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the volume of orders.

  • TATTOOTATU is not responsible for delays attributable to the transport company.

  • Shipping costs, if any, are detailed before completing the purchase.

8. Returns and Refunds Policy

As these are personalised products:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to TATTOOTATU.

  • In the event of receiving a defective product, the customer must contact within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt, attaching photographs of the product.

9. Product Use and Warnings

  • Temporary tattoos are for external and decorative use.

  • It is recommended not to apply on irritated skin, open wounds or sensitive skin.

  • It is advisable to perform a patch test on a small area of skin.

10. Data Protection

The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on this website, and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Modifications

TATTOOTATU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from their publication on the website.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona/Spain, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
